LG is really having a very very bad service when it is compared with another consumer durable companies. I had regstered my complain on saturday 3rd of August (complain no.rna130803016628) with a continuous follow up. But the complain is still, 11th August, unattended after saying that this is urgent as we are in need to shift somewhere else. They do have bad product with worst service in the industry.

i have lg flatron15" monitor that have broken. i try to service center to change my panel but the service center technician reply that it is not available to us.so we can not change the panel. so what i do. kindly change my lcd monitor panel by your technician

it is shocking to note that i am one regular customer in LG Products in past 10 years.
i had an complaint of not opening LG DVD drive and i have approched Chandra Enterprise,Jawahar Nagar,Pommaiyan Palayam,Pondicherry (LG authorised Service centre in Pondy). on 15.01.2014 after long delay they have return Our DVD with service bill of Rs 395/ and misplaced our CD . i have used DVD at my Home and noticed that the CD was not able to read after service. immediately once again i brought my DVD to the same Service Centre on 15.02.2014 and surrendered the same and got another job sheet for rectification. again your authorised service centre people neglected me and they have not given proper reason for not attending fault. i have reqularly once in three days went there and demanded for our DVD . But no proper reply as well as they were not able to rectify the same for more than 60 days. i have made a customer call and informed over phone 10 days before. but still i failed from your end. i will decide to apply consumer forum to solve my problem .

i purchased Samsung mobile at 25-12-15 in Hausa khas and suddenly my phone is not get open and i came Samsung mobile store for repair my mobile they told me mobile motherboard will be replace and you have to pay rs 7000 for replace the motherboard but it is under warranty my mobile why u not replace my mobile motherboard without cash.......... please help me sir
