Just spoke to Pratik of Samsung Customer Care today that is 26.04.2013 at12.50pm. Had issue with LCD TV (46 inch). The HDMI port which is not functioning to it's capacity, I needed a technician to attend to this problem & advise accordingly. To my utter disgust & shock the technician visit is Rs.1000 plus service Tax!!! Absolute loot.

Its very unfortunate that Samsung Choose to assign an authorized dealer like Eastern Logistic Infoway Ltd (Emall, 6 Chittranjan Avenue Kol- 72), which are not genuine or ethical and sell used and tampered product to customers, and strangely do not even want to take ownership and responsibility of it as well. I promise, i had been a Samsung- centric customer throughout my life, but after this experience i would always request everyone in my contact never to go to a samsung authorized dealers for any laptop purchases. The product they sold was a used one, where i cant even register Windows and the anti-virus is expired, which itself means the product was in use for about atleast 2 months before being handed over to us. Very unfortunate, we get these kind of products even from an authorized dealer where we are suppose to expect that the product would be genuine, non tampered and in the packaged condition.

I have bought a samsung 18.5 led monitor on 1st jan 2013 and it created problems on 12th jun2013 than i contact costomer care and register my complain on 14th jun 2013 , samsung guarantee to service within 24hrs. But its engeneer came after 3 days. Thats ok, he check system and told have to change pannel of monitor and lefton, fro 14th jun 2013 to till date 2nd july. 2013 i always contact samsung care they reply to call back by engeneer within 2hrs. But never received call.
Samsung is fake fake fake company.

Please costomers dont buy any product of samsung.
Samsung is greatest worst company of the world.

I too had bad experiance with Samsung window AC whose condensor (aluminium type) had failed just after 1 year. I paid Rs.4000 for changing a copper type condensor and service charges for gas filling, fitment etc.

Hi I am Arnab, from Ahmedabad (Gujarat). I bought a Samsung Galaxy S4 (GT-I9500) paying a whooping amount of Rs.41,500/- on 08th July 2013. Within a week I suffered Network Signal Problems & Call Drops!!. I tried replacing my SIM card and trying other network provider's SIM too. But the problem persisted. I also researched the internet and came to know that many of the users have the same problem! It's definitely a handset fault. I contacted Samsung Customer Care on 16th July 2013 and they said that as a policy they could not replace my Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9500 as it has crossed 7 days period after purchase (NOT TO MENTION...RIDICULOUSLY SAMSUNG INCLUDES SUNDAYS TOO, EVEN WHEN THE CUSTOMER CARE CENTERS ARE CLOSED!!)Now, they have provided me with the option of replacing the motherboard of Samsung Galaxy S4 (GT-I9500). My charm of buying such an high-end phone has been completely lost and shattered. I feel cheated buying a Toy of Rs.41,500/-. It's sad even more that I have still not started paying my monthly installments! :(( At great loss here buying this phone. I DO NOT recommend Samsung Galaxy S4 to anyone, unless you want to waste your hard earned money.

This is regarding a phone I purchased on 06/07/2013.I purchased a Galaxy S 4 with IMEI no-3357196054552703.
Within two moths of use the mobile stopped working.It automatically gets switched-off.The battery also became pathetic and I have to charge on hourly basis for normal use.I gave approached customer care center in bapunagar ahmedabad and they did not something and returned the phone.But soon after my phone is hang and heat .Till now I have given it two times of going to service centre but your care is no book my complain and called to me your bettery is blow so no warranty and garranty phone. The device is folty.

I want my money back either replace my phone.This is a pathetic attempt of your company to sell defective piece of hardware to customers.If you don't take immediate action then I 'll have to take legal actions.

This is to bring to your kind attention about the my mobile Samsung GT-S7562 in the 5 month of the purchase the gadget has been to the service center 4 times and the Mother Board has been replaced. Yet the device is fully of technical problems. To add to this, the executives and floor supervisors make fake promises. The device and your service has caused series of losses and pains. Currently internet is also not working properly. Thrice the senior escalation team promised to resolve the issue and call back, never kept the promise, emailed the customer care and CEO Office no replies.

This is with respect to frequent and serious occurrence of the problem in your product I9082 Galaxy Grand.

Problem: When somebody called me, screen showing received with changing the colour but caller unable to listen my voice and i am also unable to listen caller’s voice.
Daily 4-5 times in 10 calls it’s happening from last 20 days. After restarting, problem getting resolves on temporary basis.
I approached two times to the service centre one time they reinstalled the software (ABIDS Ser. Centre) and second time they replaced speaker (Kukatpally Ser. Centre)

I would request to provide new set as replacement.

Samsung India has the worst mobile devices and services. The handling of mobiles at service center front desk is horrible. Promises from the customer support team sr. executives and escalation department are never fulfilled. Purchased GT-S7562 on 15 April 2013 in the third month the device went to the service center, after 2 months again went to the service and the Mother Board (PCB) was replaced, the very next day the mobile started acting with additional problems.
Again went to the service center and the update is that the replaced Motherboard is faulty. Within 6 months of the purchase 1 month the device is at service center and till the device is laying with the service center without updates. Sahana, Nikhil Shiv Prasad, Karthik R, Pramod Kumar Sing, Akash D, Prabath Floor Supervisors promised a call back and calls from HO. Apart from these members many time executives promised call back but never had received any. Number of emails sent to CEO Desk, no proper reply. Huge loss of money waste of time and big headace.

this is regards to my S4 battery, I brought this mobile on 26th Dec 2013 and its still under warranty.

I gave my mobile for service on 5th April 2014 to delta care service center Rajajinagar, Bangalore branch. and they said battery needs to be replaced and I ask them to replace since its under warranty. they said there is no stock till date. I sent a mail today and asking for the price to buy they immediately reply saying its available. I dont under stand why there is no stock for replacing the battery under warranty and when its come to buy they said its available. I am fed up with these guys service and support. I need to give my phone back to you guys I dont want here any this now on.

kindly arrange collect this mobile back and return money as soon as possible, since I am unable to use this mobile.

MY LED SET UA40EH6030 WAS PROCURED BY CITY CENTER MATIGARA, SILIGURI , IT HAS DEVELOPED A BLACK LINE IN SCREEN. DESITE REPETED REPRESENTATIVE BEING SENT TO THE SHOP THE SHOP/VENDOR HAS TAKEN NO ACTION SINCE JUNE 2014(18JUN14). I request you to kindly educate the vendor to get the same repaired for it being purchased from him. The TV automatically got OK and again has developed the same problem of linning (black color) that hasd been left unattended by your vendor at citycenter matigara,siliguri. I hope now he sends someone to repair the same as I am facing problems . My address is 81/290 LEHL MARG,BINNAGURI,DIST-JAIPAIGURI,WB. I shall be taking a legal recourse along with phone call details since Jun14 that has harassed me a lot .

do not buy any of their products . i have an 40" led tv which is giving a problem after 3 years. their engineer says replace the panel at a cost of 30,000 which is half the amount i spent to buy it. i have seen other similar cases. please avoid samsung products

I had bought Samsung S4 for my Wife - 10 months ago and still it is in warranty period . On 9/12/2014 suddenly phone screen become blank , i visit Samsung Authorized Service Centre at 26, Nandpuri Ext,,Behind Chamble Power House, Jaipur .
They said screen is damaged and it does not cover in Warranty but we were not able to see any damage on screen .Then i said no problem change the screen and i had paid Rs 6621 for the screen replacement .But when i went home and showed phone to my wife then she said that there were 2 buttons on screen Menu and Back button . i called to service center and talk to manager about this ,instead of Apologizing ,he started blaming me that i should check the phone but he talked very rudely .I think before selling Phones Samsung should Improve its quality as well they should appoint better and polite person for customer care.
I have many things of samsung at my home ,office but I Think we should stop using product of such Company , who don't know how to respect customers.
Samsung should seriously thrown out of INDIA and such service center should be shutdown ,

My complaint number is 4188516612, raised for issues in front loading washing machine. The customer care promised to send service engineer within 8 hrs but its been more than 48 hrs no soul turned up. After service is so pathetic and the local service centre are so lethargic and irresponsible. Samsung needs to improve on service rather than on advertisements and selling.

Window AC was put on road after gas filling and replacing cooling coils in my residence on 6 may and there after trouble started with over cooling and less cooling . Complaints since 7 may and subsequent days have not resulted in improving appropriate cooling. Apparently the cooling coil was unneccerily replaced and it should be done in the service center. It is amazin g that Samsung permits such poor repairs and takes more than 20 days to sort out complaints wonder how they survive with such customer uncare.

I regret to let u know about highly poor and insufficient service of the authorised service centre Electronic People at agra.
Recently I have shifted from delhi to agra. On transfer my AC was to be installed and service was required.
On 20 th april when two persons came for installation I asked them for service also.
They said next time when for gas they will come they will do that.
on 24th April when they came again no time for service .
My Ac stopped cooling , I placed a complaint for that on 19th may.
They came they didn't had the part to be changed and no time for service.
Strangly my complaint was closed without my knowledge on pretext of part not available.
Plz look into the matter and let me know as soon as possible if the part would be ever available and service will b done.

I bought a 40" LED TV from Samsung on 1.11.2013. It is giving a problem within 18 months from the date of purchase and the service engineer says that the panel is to be replaced which would cost around Rs27000/- which is more than half of the amount for which I bought the TV. What is the value for money the Samsung Company is providing to the customers. I strongly advise to the prospective buyers not to buy samsung TV. It gives no value for money.

यह है सैमसंग का होम एप्लायंसेज खरीदने का लाभ.
अगर किसी वजह से फ़ोन कट हो गया तो पुनः सारी प्रक्रियाओं को दोहराने के लिये तैयार हो जाए. आप लाख कहते रहे की मेरी उक्त आदमी से बात हो रही थी किन्तु उस को फ़ोन नहीं दिया जायगा आप को सारी प्रक्रियाओं को दोहराना ही पड़ेगा.

Twice the egg tray fell down with eggs when fridge door was opened by us.I have tried to call the samsung service # 180030008282 and even after 25 minutes of waiting I was getting the reply that all lines are bussy. Samsung product quality is really poor. I bought 165.1cm (65) UHD 4K Flat Smart TV HU8500 Series 8 TV near Diwali 2013. On 24/09/2015 display stopped working. I called customer care they said product has only one year warranty and arrange a visit from technician. He told me you have to change the display costing 1.20 Lacs. Other companies give complementary 2 years warranty and extended warranty. For a product costing 4 lacs pathetic build quality. Further they are not ready to give concession.

I don't recommend any person to buy samsung product. Because i purchased Samsung LED Smart TV of 32 inches on 26 October 2013. Panel of this TV was changed by Samsung engineer in 2014 and once again Samsung engineer is saying to replace panel in 2015. This panel has a cost of 17000 Rs . So those who are planning to buy samsung tv or any other samsung product , they please get ready to spend 17000 Rs every year. I don't want that anyone should be cheated by this Samsung company like me.

I have purchased Samsung refrigerator Model RT33JSRFESL after few months of purchase it creating problem tray mounted back side of refrigerator on the compressor getting overflow within one week time secondly refrigerator starts smelling .I called service engineer several time but they could not rectify problem and said you have to live with this problem only. One of service centre guy visited my home to check washing machine, committed a call-back to inform me about spare part availability but did not bothered to call me even after my couple of reminders.

Worst service ever... I am not at all going back to Samsung.

I have a galaxy s6. Use to hang every 3rd minute. The service centre did a very poor inspection or purposely made me spend 3500rs claiming it to be water damaged. Without complaints maybe it might have been spoiled by me. I paid up and got it repaired. After 2 week I had to visit the service centre again for a motherboard replacement. I am sure these service centre are there to pierce your wallet in some manner. In India we need to have a fighting spirit for every thing. Samsung should be held responsible for their service centre frauds

I took my S III (GT19300 of 2013 make) to BTM Layout Service Centre, Bangalore today at 11.45 am (My token no. S-34) since it is giving a problem in the charging port. I wanted that the charging port to be replaced. The person at the counter Mr. Madhu inspected and told me that the phone cannot be opened from backside and to be opened from front and as there is a slight damage on the side panels, that has also to be changed. I told that I have seen in Youtube that this can be opened from backside and no need to change the side panels. He insisted that it is not possible. I asked for the technician to check and let me know the fact. Your technician Mr. Gopi checked and told that ye it can be opened from the back but he again asserted that the side panel/casing to be changed. I told that I have no issues with the dies panel/casing or display at all, so why should I need to change. I want only the charging port to be replaced. But they did not allow that. I had to back off and returned with a heavy heart that your service engineers are only acting like money-minting criminal doctors who advise unnecessary health checkups and costly medicine, which is unwarranted and not required for. This is not done by SAMSUNG people. I want that my charging port to be replaced..that is all.
