However , we had very BAD experience at Hotel Katriya for our entire Stay ;
1 ) Totally under Staffed & no Response from RECEPTION Lobby
2)No Swimming Pool Facilities
3 ) No Gym
4) No Roof Top Restaurant
5)No Cleanliness in Bath Rooms & Tub is not working
6) No Telephones in Rooms Working
7) No Change of Bed Spreads & Bed Sheets
The List can go on ---
All in all , we had a very bad experience . Hence , Cleartrip has to "REFUND "our amount towards "Hotel Charges "at the earliest

.on reaching puducharry hotel manager clean says no booking made for you by any one we already give mail non availability to cleartrip my self and wife facing so difficultied in mid night Cleartrip Trip ID: 16021035716

No one is responding to my complaint. it has been more than 2 weeks now.
