There is problem in my laptop and i have complaint 22 aug 13 and purchased 16 aug 13 but there is no reply from company or service centre. Service and performance very bad . From second day laptop not working properly. Purchasing toshiba laptop is wasting money and time.
I am undergoing the same agony because of useless Toshiba customer care support in India.The engineers came to replace my LCD Screen damaged the computer further and rendered it totally useless. Promised to come back the next day and the customer care never responded after that. Senior officials lied about services. Its a mistake to buy a Toshiba product in India due to the bad service especially for Delhi region. I would never recommend a Toshiba product.
You are right toshiba service is too bad no one response my laptop is under accidental warranty but no one going to work on it always saying mail the issue. Its already 3 months are passed. The service of HP and Dell is well.

I bought a Toshiba LED TV in Second half of 2015.Since my ecpeience with Philiphs and Sony had been not good I decided to try ToshibaI got an extended warranty of 2 yeasr over and above the normal 1 year.I started having problems with the TV in December and lodged a complaint on 24.After four days a Technician came and after examining said the display panel had conked out and would be replaced.He told me it would be done in a weeks time say by 5 Jan.When nothing happened I contacted the service centre and they told me it would take 10 to 15 days since part has to come from Bangalore.As nothing happened till date I rang up their service centre today when they told me it would take 20 to 25 days for the part to reach.Honestly the service provided by Toshiba is pathetic to say the least.I still do not know when the replacement will take place.I have to make sure I do not miss out on my favorite programs bought another Indian brand TV.
