Sir, I m writing this mail as a frustrated customer of voltas AC. I have bought this voltas 1ton ac 3 mnths back and problems have started in it rightaway.it has started making unusual sound in d interior and exterior units both. I registered a complaint on 29/5/2015 with complaint number being 15052903767.and since then making calls everyday to customer care and service center.this issue is still not attended. We are getting false commitments on a daily basis from service centre customer care and technician on a daily basisToday the technician named Prashant from nahur enterprises committed me to attend my AC.I stayed back home leaving all the other commitments. I called him several times but he was not interested in picking up my calls. I m really frustrated now with your faulty products and irresponsible staff.I never expected such stupid response from tata products and services.If d problem doesn't get fixed by tommorow then I require a product replacement.
I have same problem as mentioned. It is 1.5 ton split AC.Same false promises by voltas appointed service centers. It is Aeyasha Enterprise. Really frustrated. They took the unit to their premises from our home to repair leakage( no cooling). They rectified and ran for 15 days and again same problem.Never ever buy voltas AC

Complaint number 15120200862 registered on 2 dec is not resolved till date. It has been more than 1 month. Don't know how much more time do they need to replace a wire in AC.

We purchased Voltas 1.5 ton Window ac from Croma 2 yes back, in the first year itself it has started giving us the problems as it's electric panel got damaged quite frequently, till the time the panel has been replaced around 12 times and we are ending up paying huge amount for getting it replaced every time. Worst part is nobody is able to give the answer as to why this problem is occurring so frequently. I m fully convinced that we have been sold faulty ac and it should be replaced by the company otherwise we should be given the permanent solution. Rz Abhishek

The brand new 1.5T Voltas Inverter AC purchased and installed in my home on 14.01.2016. Due to repair I made complaints on 15.04.2016, 29.04.2016 and 04.05.2016. However the attended service engineer couldn't rectify the problem so far. As the brand new AC did not repair for more than 25 days results that the amount spent for purchase your product became waste. Now I want to know whether the AC is serviceable or unserviceable. If it is serviceable why you couldn't?. If it is unserviceable what is the solution?. The AC purchased to beat the summer was not fulfilled my purpose. How you will compensate. I have all other brands at my home. But neither one was like you. Now I want to know what is the solution.

In this competitive world you need to pull up your socks. after seeing these comments I am wary of buying anything from Voltas. Dear Voltas Team,My family has been a voltas AC user since 2007 and we had faith in product and customer support of voltas till my last buy of a voltas 183IY-B/1.5 ton machine on last 22th June 2016.Since the installation of the machine in my flat it is having cooling problem. Several service requests have been registered and your service personnel come and fill up gas and they say their must be some leakage, but they were never able to find out where ylthe leakage is.It is still in same condition. I have put up another service request (17020406591) and your service personnel has visited my flat with wrong gas and this happened in my last service call also. My question is , should not the concerned service person know in which machine he is going to work on? While booking the service call each time I specifically mention that my machine is a R410a gas model. But the same shit is happening everytime and I do not have any clue how long I have to suffer with this machine. Each time after gas filling within 10 days the machine stops cooling.I demand a new machine from you or your person should solve the problem ASAP. I donot stay regularly in my flat, so I need to take office leave and have to come to kolkata for this specific reason by having a prior appointment with your service technicians.But this time they have come to my house with a promise of taking out the machine to their lab, but suddenly they decided gas filling will be sufficient, and they came with wrong gas!! They went back and did not return within time and I had to miss my scheduled bus to my workplace.My time, my return to my workpalce all plans get devastated by your efficient service team.Can I expect some compensation for voltas being india's one of the most reputed company in AC machines??
