The service is not at all good i hv given a complaint on 20 jan 14, till today it is not rectified and there is no response from service providers i will never advice to buy the lg products

The call centre associates for the toll free number given are a bunch of frauds they are picking up the number and putting me on hold before I can speak..this has happened now for the 24 th time in succession

im from thane and last month on march of 19 i had booked a fridge under some contest,on that time the contest last date was 20th march.and i got the delivery on 21st march.becouse
they do'nt have in stock,they were bring from godwon.they did not delivered me in 20th march.i got it on 21st march.and after this i asked sales person about contest.he said you dont very i will send your contest details.after this i had follow every week asking about that.but not got any answer.after 1 month i know that my contect no is not ragistered for contest.i lost
very bad experiance at shoproom of lg.it is just name thing else...

I faced it since I bought product from LG after calling them again and again I had no other choice but to get my product repair from local vendor...dont waste time I doubt they dont have any service centre because when I asked them for the contact no. of the service centre they reply they dont have any contact no. of their service centre...how they communicate then sending pigeon

Sir,
I have bought a LG 42” LED TV from MG Electronics, Kolkata. Model no. LG42LN5400-TA. Serial number 403PLAG013408.
Date of purchase was 28.03.2014.
I lodged a complaint with your service centre on 24.04.14 about picture quality regarding visibility of dark and bright bands and lack of uniformity. Camplaint no. RNA14042081264.
Two of your service engineers visited on 25.04.14 and agreed to my complaint and offered me to change the “panel”. I refused and argued that since my TV is less than a month old and since it is a manufacturing defect, I only demand a replacement. He also offered me for an AMC which I agreed. They responded by saying that they are not authorized to take that decision and a senior engineer will be attending the next day.
Next day, 26.04.2014, the AMC done on the morning and at the evening a senior engineer visited and after much testing he also agreed to my complaint and again tried to coax me in replacing the “panel”. I refused and given a written opinion and demand in their job sheet. I found them to be more interested in doing a AMC agreement that sorting out my complaint.
On 28.04.1014, a lady named Kajol called me on behalf of LG and again offered to change the “panel” as it is very difficult to replace the TV since LG has stopped producing this model which in my understanding was utterly false. I explained her that on offering to change the “panel”, you are agreeing to the fact that the TV has a manufacturing defect and I will not accept anything other than replacement. She gave me next two offers- 1. Replacement (I don’t know how since LG has stopped producing the model???), and 2. Refund of money. I said that if replacement cannot be done I want my money together with the money charged for AMC refunded. Thereafter there is no communication from LG.
I want to draw your attention to this issue as this matter can seriously dent into the reputation of LG and its customer redressal service.
I want to have this matter settled at the earliest.

The no. 18001809999 not at all working.. " Called no. is busy " What kind of response is this? the other one 01139010909 disconnected without even ringing. VERY BAD.. LG was known for its service. What happen to LG. There was time when within 24 hrs you got service at your home. Now line not even working. BULL SHIT....

I had registered a complaint,complaint no RNA140922075502 dt 23/09/2014.The service man came and said the machine needs the drum /washer/two bearings to be changed.He said the charges would be Rs 5200/-After one week the service engineer gave some stories, and some more stories which i do not want to pen.I registered another complaint No RNA 141004099673 Dt 4/10/2014.I have been speaking to various people IE Imtiaz(9028840421)/Pankaj Kulkarni(9545594755)/Kishor Powar 9545505585/Gaurav Gurjar(9823317190) on their resp mobile phones.
All these people had only promised all wrong things.I was to go on leave from the 14th Oct 2014.They promised the Drum will arrive from Bhiwandi on the 11th evening and the machine would be put up on the 14th latest.On the 14 th morning i call all these people and to my surprise i was told that the drum had still not come and it would take another one day.I have been running from pillar to post to get my washing Machine up.I will take this matter to your Korean HO and also send copies to consumer Guidance society for harassing customers.

Please dont buy the LG, as they dont care for their customer.. 04 Ac's at my home are not working past 20 days & authorised service centre does not have parts to repair it.

Dear LG team,

This the worst experience a customer can get after buying a 49 inch LED television.

1. I have bought 49 inch television set on Gudi parwa in Mumbai 21st Mar-15. TV got delivered still the installation has not taken place,

2. Got msg on 22nd that Mr. Vinod Kamble will come for installation. He called up on 23rd and took time but didnt turn up for the whole day. Didn't even bothered to call & tell. In evening a SMS came stating "your complain is in process (Reason: Customer reappointment)". I don't know who initiated reappointment.

3. On 23rd to get clarity, I called customer care in evening. 1800 180 9999 has wait time of 10 mins to reach agent. Agents tried to transfer call to supervisor but they are busy. Agent assures that I will get callback from supervisor within an hour which doesnt happen on 23rd. And on 24th till 8:20 pm in night nobody has called for the installation. Again I call up call center and same story of 23rd continues on 24th also.

Please help.

I tried to contact LG customer care support at 18001809999 , for service call on my Split AC at my residence , on multiple attempts.
There was now response to the calls , even if you hang on for more than 10 to 15 minutes. Worst service to say the least.
