I have been using reliance from past 5 years despite of being a valued customer you are harassing me with your calls for paying the bill which is actually your mistake of recharging me with broadband high speed service where I had asked to recharge a normal 1300 plan of 3 months advanced rental plan on nov1st 2015 which I paid instantly with due amount of 720 a total of 2020 after confirmation from your customer care executive Arun. But I have a got a bill of 2443 in the next month i.e, December 5th amounting 2500 with new plan (broadband high speed) which I have not told to put. If I would have wanted high speed network plan why will have a dongle with 3.1 mbps? I have been recharging the same plan from past 18 months (1300 plan of 3 months). It’s been your customer care executive mistake of recharging a wrong plan. Whenever I got a call from your executive I have explained the same and i have send mail to customer care but you people are just harassing me with calls saying you will put me behind the bars. I would like to take this issue to consumer forum and sort it out there. I want the audio clip of me talking to Arun (customer care executive on nov1st 2015) on the plan. I will take the clip with the help of court (filing the case against you guys) and sue you people.

Really bad customer service, I upgrade reliance wipod 4g upgrade for the last month with Rs.2699/-, but not started yet for reliance 4g service. I am using reliance 4g wipod No.9313944837. Its only name of 4g wipod, Reliance is earning money with 4g wipod upgradation for Rs.2700/- each data card holder only. Its not working after purchasing of one month. I want to refund our money with interest. Customer service is very bad. You are requested to please don't upgrade the datacard.

Reliance Pro3 connection is down for almost 10days now.. I have made several complaints and nothing has change.. they are telling 4G upgradation is going on and it will work with in evening.. but still now its not up... even I have purchased 4g Wi-Pod device from them...don't know whom to compliant now...

Reliance is doing fraud with customers. I have recharged with Rs.3000 last year with a plan of getting 1 gb data every month till 2021. But now they stopped giving data. I have contact to customer care but not able to connect. They are cheating people and doing fraud. Shame on Reliance.
My wiopod NUMBER 9381082135 GOT DISCONNECTED without PRIOR INTIMATION ON 11TH AUG 2016 but i have contacted the customer care and requested them to terminate the services.HELL with Reliance thet they are unable to stop the billing process and since it was postpaid connection, i am getting monthly bill regularly.Once again i am challenging you reliance people that prove yourself that you are capable of handling customer service regarding bills for terminated services.
I bought a cdma data card 2 years back and then this year iwas asked to port into 4G GSM wipod.. My original plan was a 999 unlimited plan and when i asked the customer care service they said that the plan will remain the same in 4G too.. But then by the end of the month i was charged rs3002.. I called the customer care and told them about all of it but they said that there is no unlimited plan for 4G and i will have to pay the entire amount.. I said that i was told by one of their customer care guy that the plans will remain the same for 4G as it was for 3G. But they said that it is not possible and i will have to pay the entire amount..i refused to pay and now they are filing a legal case on me.. This is the kind of treatment reliance is giving to its customers! WORST TELECOM SERVICE!
Being a regular customer I'M not satisfied from the product and services.I paid my wipod bill but still I receive messages to pay bill to avoid legal action. Please guys I recommend you not to take wipod datacard.It will be a blunder mistake of your life

Very bad 4g speed no response 300kb per sec and nothing to do Bsnl is better than tho

The worst data card, it only works at night timed may it had designed for ghosts I think, the buggers representative would never give proper response.
