Few days back i have purchased Prestige 3 Burner Gas stove with Front Glass model and now i am suffering because of Glass broken while preparing cook and its effected to my body and hands due to glasses are went inside as its suddenly burned while preparing hot food and prestige service people are not at all supportive in this. So I will suggest you dont buy prestige kitchen Gas stove with Glass and its very expensive if its broken better plan for regular one.
On 24th April 2015, we had purchased Prestige 3 Burner Gas stove with Glass Top (model GT 03 L SS).
While preparing tea, there was some sort of explosion and entire glass top is shattered.
I have lodged a complaint on telephone number 022-3344 1111 and got assigned the ID MUMB 1235 242.
We are not and will not be able to cook food till the corrective action is taken. Other alternative is to purchase new gas stove (with ISI mark) and consider the cost paid for Prestige stove is a waste.
Very bad customer service. Can't comment on the quality of gas stove bcause the customer care person has not sent anyone to install it. I have been calling them since last four days and all I get to hear is you call is precious for us stay on hold. Such a bad decision to buy a prestige product.

You people say correctly.my prrstige 3l glass model first not functioning auto ignisation sys. And after that large burner leakage of gas by bottom side...when approach service center they do not care my stove repair say will order from guwahati...but after few months also comments are same .. say parts arr not available in guwahati...????!!!:)..such a big company parts not available or lack of after sale service? But like samsung I like their services..call log ..snd next day engg come to my home for services...what a difference...:)

Customer service is very bad. Don't buy products with prestige website and you may buy it other sites or local dealers expecting no customer service in future. They are not at all respond for your queries.
I agree that the Prestige customer service support is very bad. I purchased a four burner hob-top gas stove four months back (Aug 2015).The self ignition system went wrong and I made a complaint. The so called service engineers who came to attend were unskilled and untrained. Two people came and returned as they could not open the stove at all. Eventhough the defect was not rectified they closed my complaints. Every time they took my enquiry as a new complaint. Last man came, managed to open the stove, took photographs of the defective parts and told me that he would come with the parts to replace. After two weeks’ time, when I enquired about my complaint, it was not pending. Im thinking of filing a case against them in the Consumer Court.

Be aware of purchasing prestige glass top gas stove. I have purchased GT02SS from Prestige smart kitchen nanganallur chennai, but got GTM 02SS in the name of GT02SS .Paid high cost for low quality product . Also rust formed in the stand.

I have given toaster to service center near me namely Durga sales and services whose no is 1214002334 Slip no 2107 on 31/10/15. i called them multiple times and still no reply from there side regarding toaster details also no update status on toaster I am totally let down by the service assured by prestiege. when asked again recently the person over there said some PCB is ordered and toaster is discontinued by Prestige but this is not the proper answer kindly look into the issue. As i am totally frustrated already cause even I had submitted this complaint two times but no reply can someone tell me how to escalate

Hi, bought prestige hobtop, due the rusting issue below the burner, raised a compliant. Followed up for2 weeks but no resolution, but today when i tried to reach them on customer care number it is not getting connected.it seems they blocked my number for furtherconversation. I bought a hot top which from day 1 was giving problem and within 5 months of purchase it's two burners have completely stopped working.. Registered a complaint a man visited us saying he will return back with parts but till date no one has turned up.. Have been trying to reach customer service but no response.. Local products and vendor are much better.. NEVER BUY PRESTIGE.. THEY ARE CHEAT

i brought a 4 burner auto ignition stove, and my 1st burner isn't working. I have complained the same a week ago. But none of the service people have come and sorted the issue.

As I have online purchased prestige mini induction in march 2016 within 1&1/2 month I have to take help for non working induction.again 2 days back it shows error 7 and not working I think I have given/ sent defective piece. For Online purchase you have to rush customer care service. It's tidious and time consuming.

I want to complain in police station because I have given i my induction stove in prestige in velachery. I am staying in porur, I have gone to velachery more than 30 times. They are saying next day, keep on saying they didn't give my induction stove, last week they told to come on Tuesday, they will replace my induction stove and they will give me new one, I went but they didn't give me, I fucked up to travel 15 kilometer every time, I became mental. And harassed.

My 2yrs old LPG Burner's Model Royal GS02N one burner got damaged, i took it to service centre strange i was told will take 10 days to replace.
The only choice left either to buy New LPG Burner or Eat in Hotel.

Last mont,I Purchase a 3liter Prestige Cooker from Big Bazar.after using few days many problems came out in the cooker like failure of the valve, loosing of the rim rubber etc. So I will suggest you dont buy prestige company pressure cooker.

I am from Bangalore I have taken Prestige hobtop gas stove on 3rd July 2018 with Full zoom I wanted to inaugurated but did not work past twodays I am trying to call the customer care and other service centres of prestige there is no response today's I will call if they don't really plays or repair the gas stove I will file a complaint against the Prestige and go to customer care quote this should not happen to anybody else in future my hard and money is in vain
