Horrible service. They did not service my Livpure RO system for 1 year during warranty period. they want Rs 4500 to renew. Service guy as usual late to respond and arrives late.

Yes....its really true... Pathetic service...I am using two ro...pep plus.Very very poor setvice...its being two months n my request is pending.Other request, raised...guy never come on same day... I purchased water bottles daily for drinking as well as for cooking...Need to call again n again to serrvice person n at customer care too...I will never suggest anyone to buy this product..Product is gd bt whts the use if nt get efficient active service...Even though, its a tough competition in market...really nt knw hw thy r competiting the market...Worst worst worst...
All the above comments are true, utter waste service and bogus, sales & service people don't know truly how to speak to the customer and what to commit and what not to commit, they will just be behind you until the sale of product and once sold that's all you can forget everything. They just will do all kind of false promises and their after will not respond your follow-up calls.This is my person good experience, just going by superb add and without knowing anything about their service history.Keep it up, if you not customer focused.

Livepure water purifier is not good and also service is very very pathetic and without doing service simply they will close the complaint

unfortunately, I bought the product without going through the comments here. I agree, the service is pathetic, infact non-existent. I have been trying to get my first free service done, but its almost six months and nobody has come. The other issue I have is with the agent from whom I got the purifier (Suraksha Water Sales & Service on Sarjapur Road, Bangalore). After we got the product from him, he wasn't helpful and didn't bother to get the service done. He was very rude to talk to and even after numerous calls he didn't bother to support us. Overall a very bad experience and I sincerely hope this is fixed by Livpure asap.

Pathetic service from LivPure. They say intelligent world of purifier but it is not at all up there. Struggling to get it serviced from past 2 months(16 May 2016) none of the representative turned up till now . Really regretting about my decision.

I paid 4500 for AMC after end of warranty. Once the money was encashed, that was it. Not once has any company person turned up to do the service check with is mandatory as part of the AMC. All I get is sms saying service request closed. The product is good but the service is the worst I have ever seen.
To all freinds who are going to buy livpure product by seeing ad. By sachin , please don't purchase such a poor product backed by worst after sales service . My purifier is not working since 19 July i have launched complaint on same day but you today no service engineer is visited to attend the problem , each time they say s.e. will attend within 2 hours but that 2 hrs are never ending waiting for me. Please don't buy such a scrap product , i fill cheated , you don't ever try for that
I agree with the poor after sale services. Such a big name without maintenance is a complete nuisance

Very bad service I lock a complaint on wend 22 June but still no engineer. Just talking liar in phone calls regarding service engineer. I urged all the customer those who are planning to buy the livpure. Do not buy its service is really f---k off. I hate livpure from now on. I think together we need to book a complaint to media regarding livpure.
I registered the complaints three times in 15 days but recied only HAPPY CODE by SMS to share with service engineer, but no one came to me to know their UNHAPPY CODE. I have TOUCH PLUS model of RO and facing a great problem related to maintainance & service.My reg. mob. no. is 9425068815.
Very bad service, you can only recieve so called HAPPY CODE but no one want to know that. So keep it with you. I have 3 Happy Codes & no one came to service the machine. One liner pathetic.Area head Dinesh Paul is simply a foolish, illiterate who does not what is meant of management. I need my money back for 3yrs AMC in the same amount I will get some good purifier who can provide better service. It's simply they make people fool by saying bla bla benefits.

Worst aftersales service from live pure water purifier ... I registered my complaint through toll free number and they directed my complaint to nano tech service in pondicherry and said they will call in 2 hours..... but no response for next 12 hrs....wen we contacted the nano tech fellows they are soo reluctant and arrogant in their approach......amazing that this kind of humans still exist among us......should ban livepure water purifier which is not fit to provide after sales services......worst water purifier in the world......
