After sales service of Panasonic is very bad. Lodged complaint on 12/11/2013 but they are not able to resolve this till date. Even calling to toll free number they transferred to some endless call waiting number. They could not even answer when complaint will be closed.Very disappointing.

Sir,
I have bought Panasonc LED THL32E6D Tv from Vijay Sales, Opera House On 02/01/2014 and requested them to wall mount.They told company man comes and do the needful but
Panasonic representative come made a issue to hang the Tv. He demand us to change the place or call carpenter to make a new pannel on wall.
I told him you hang at my risk but he refuse and go away. He is not disclose his name but his cell no is 77 388 98271.
Is this way company provide us a service. when I am saying whatever damage occured its my responsibility then what problem he has.
He is not ready to listen anything, next time please dont send such person to our place for any service.
Please do the needful as earliest as I waiting for your response.

After sales service of Panasonic is very bad. Lodged complaint my a c on 28/04/2014 but they are not able to resolve this till date. I had lodged a compliant with Panasonic customer care they promised to come yesterday they have not come inspite of 48 hours & when I said I was sorry that I had bought a panasonic machine the man had the audacity to tell me yes our service is very bad & you should not have bought a panasonic washing machine & why did you buy one

my Panasonic Eluga I handset only 4 month old but it gives to much problem
there is not support 16 GB memory card to handset that is all folder are blank after going to gallery not show any images or videos

after going to gallery handset will HANG totally and it will restart after remove and push battery to handset

Thinking Panasonic is a good brand I purchased a top load washing machine. But the quality of the product and the service is pathetic. Can't believe that the mother board of the washing machine has to be replaced within 1 year. The service centre people are a bunch of cheats. Would advice others never to go for Panasonic

Their after sales service is terrible!! the service centre guy was so rude, slammed the phone down told me 'i cant help you'. the operators on the toll free no have no idea whose number to give..which area in Delhi..never want to buy a panasonic product

I wanted to know about about the user manual for my convection microwave . To my utter dismay no one knew where it is available . They do not even know that there is some thing called user manual. They kept on giving me the service centre number and kept saying they would know it. Finally after 1 hour I gave up and tried with the service centre . After hearing the whole story , the service centre advised me to talk to the customer care and give a complaint!. Such wonderful people the company is maintaining . One of the staff who was attending said she did not what is user manual and service centre prepares it. God save this company. Chairman pl see this.
