mujhe airtel ka recharge jyada lagta hai mai har mahine 220 ka recharge karwata hu lekin 20 din me hi khatm ho jata hai

on 16 th of dec I recharged on the pack we choose at the beginning but unfortunetly some of the channels are missing which we subscribed , they are now saying that we did not subscribe those channels , specially the regional ones like dy 365, rang etc, pls help and let me know how to sort out this problem .

worst dth provider in india is airtel.. if we order movie they will charge 3 times for the same movie per day...and once i activated 7 additiona channels for one month with 7rs under offer but after one month they started charging 50 rs and even they didnt intimated ......so airtel is just money making machine......

Airtel Digital TV Custmer Care Duped me of Rs 2100, and now they have stopped responding to my mails.

I have not seen such a ridiculous service and harrassment in Airtel.

Has anyone faced such a issue? Do you have mail id of someone senior in Airtel Digital TV Customer Care, who i can connect directly to get the money back.

Also i need to understand the process of going to Consumer Court in case any one of you have done this before.

airtel customer care is very bad....they dont pick calls....when u want to remove channel....channel adding is very easy but removing is very hard.....airtel chor hain......

I have paid Rs. 410/- (ID 3009073469) on 4th March 2014 at Jaya Soft (AirTel) tel No: 044 42143666 and my next due date is 6/4/14. On 18/3/14 I received an SMS stating my amount has been reversed due to some error, which was made by you or your dealer, Jaya Soft. My channels went blank and I was said to have a - Rs. 117 balance. How come after 12 days you have found such a rubbishing mistake? Calls to your customer care was of no avail as they kept cutting it off or whatever. You people make a mistake and I have to pay for it? I want my amount of Rs. 410/- recharged into my account at the earliest or I will shift to Tata Sky.

a complaint was booked with SIGMA MARKETING CO JALANDHAR CITY regarding non functioning of set up box 4-5days back .Company represantative came and took the set up box for repair with the assurance that it will be repaired same day.Till date,set up box has not been installed despite assurance by office head at jalandhar office.today again we have talked with incharge but to our utter surprise ,incharge has stated that it will not be installed today and also talked rudely.Please take up matter with jalandhar office for speedey installation of set up box

mera airtel digital tv id 3009935971 hai,jisko maine 200rs se 23 march ko recharge kiya tha,jo 3 april ko samapt ho gaya/account suspend ho gya kyu? jb ki esse phle 200rs se recharge krne pr one month chalta tha,ab kyu band ho gya h?

My dth is is 3002829021 and this is from amritsar. I hav a worst experience with it. Nd registered mobile is of Bhopal. Nd they deduct money from my account. 2 yrs b4 I request to change my no. Now again same problem. When I talked to customer care thy didn't give me answere nd disconnect call. I hav recording of tht call. Maybe I wll go to consumer court

Hi.. I have been an Airtel DTH customer since 01Sept2009 (more than 5 years now). Not at all happy with the customer service due to poor levels of customer orientation, courtesy, knowledge levels, promptness and onetime resolution efficiency.

I usually subscribe to long-term packs (annual subscriptions) to avoid the hassles of failed recharges and difficulty to get in touch with cust care etc.. This time I 've been struggling (Tkt nos: 40770094, 40786778 ..) for almost a week now with a lot of balance in my account to get the service person visit and orient the dish to correct angle as it possibly got a bit disoriented due to Hudhud cyclone recently. As they promise in their previous conversation, they never call you back with a resolution.

Very long hold times, lack of internal communication, lack of minimal capability to make customer courtesy decisions at the supervisory levels, failure to understand the already-registered issue, abrupt call disconnections and unreasonable pricing of some channels etc are a few highlights of Airtel DTH cust care based on my experience.
Airtel DTH cust care.. certainly needs to learn and change. Thanks.

My ac no. is 3012477720. 2 years of service and then started playing tricks. Error code 2, remove the card, wipe it and insert it again, did that, did not correct the problem. Called their service man, who said since 2 years over, he will charge 150 rs. I said ok, he comes, switches it off, removed the card, inserts it again, and tv channels on. He gives me advice, pockets 150 rs and leaves. Next day, i face same problem, got advice to go for HD, did go for HD, but again next day, same problem REMOVE THE CARD BLAH BLAH. Again, complained, perhaps that TECH MAN will again charge 150 rs. You airtell walla, why don't you close down your shop if you cannot provide good service. There are lot of other providers that are better that we did not know about before going for your service. WHY THE HELL YOU DO NOT REPLACE THE CARD, after all PROBLEM WAS WITH THE CARD.

my customer id is 3003786275, i recharged on 23/11/2015 with Rs 1175/ and igot msg that next reccharge is on 18 apr 2016, where as now on 26/12/2015 i am getting msgb that validity is going to be over by 5 days
pl resolve it.
