I have bought S220 on 19.02.10 with serial no. 70738201 from BITS & BYTES, Jaipur vide Invoice no 5455. It got lens problem as lens shutter was not getting close and causing problems. I handed over to Nikon Collection Centre, Jodhpur for necessary repairs on 21.08.13, but still it has not been repaired despite en-number of visits and calls. Everytime i am told a new date but not repaired. What a poor service!!!! Actually these Multinational companies perform exactly opposite to what they normally publicise about their services and customer satisfaction. Sachin Mittal 9414127162
