This is a complaint against AQUA GRAND + water purifier manufacturer company and Snapdeal.com that you both are selling low quality products with no service after sales. You are serving Warranty Card and packaging without mention any information for service. In fact no toll free number of company and if contact to Snapdeal.com help desk they also show them-self helpless for service.

Already 4 days ago to registered my complaint on Snapdeal.com but till date no action on it. It is my last warning mail to both of you if you couldn't arranged service or replacement or return back i will take legal action on it.

Hi,

Recently i placed an order , which is automatically gets cancelled.
OrderNo : 8948000595

I contacted to customer support , and i was told that the only thing they can do is NOTHING and i have to place order again.

Now this is very irritating to go through all the process again as i have already spent much time to select a product.
Also i have paid for next day delivery as i had some plans and after much failed discussion with customer support, i decided to place order again.

Now i cannot find any seller who can deliver in one day and now i have to pay around 1000/- more for the same product with no one-day-delivery option.
I have experienced same difficulty earlier with snapdeal, and it's really very poor service that from snapdeal.

And please let me tell you, just by refunding amount and crediting some amount on freecharge is not a solution.
I have suffered much today , just because of Snapdeal not-so-sure service.

I have placed one order (10115204253) on 16th nov which was supposed to be delivered in NOIDA with 3-4 days,
still I have not received the order, I have followed twice without any fruitful answer. But some days i noticed that when i data service on its not working. I am calling snapdeal customer it says that you have to go Lg service center. This is utter crap that your courier partner blue dart is telling that 'CONSIGNEE NOT AVAILABLE'. Yesterday I received the call from Blue dart courier folk and he informed that my order is with them and they can not deliver it as their vehicle in which they had to bring the package is not in working condition so they will deliver the consignment tomorrow (on 19th Jan 2016). How can they lie like that? Just get their call details, these people are pathetic liars. Disgusting, they themselves were not able to deliver and they are blaming it on customer.

Fed up....with snapdeal cheating services. First thing they will not deliver the product within expected time. All I received was wrong products. Recently I have ordered a 60 inch teddy bear and what i received was not even 30 cm. They don even know the difference between inches an cm. Again got bad experience with snapdeal courier partners. The return pickup was not on time so snapdeal cancelled my return request and mentioned as no refund will be issued. Toooo bad experience with snapdeal. Never go for it.

On 24th of February, i was trying to order a product which is Libero Diaperes, for my kid using the cash given by SD in lieu of my last order into my SD-freecharge account.

But, due to some technical problem i was not able to complete the transaction and it got cancelled.

I was complained on 24.02.2016 for return to above mentioned order item against your Ticket Id- 19924691 against order Id 11733510959..Just next day one false mail received on 25.02.2016 from Snapdeal of "Our engineer will visit you to check your Micromax Nitro A311 16 GB White.He will visit you on 25.02.2016 to check your item and resolve the issues described by you".
No any person came from Snapdeal till now for any matter.This is totally fraud case, On today we have complained to Customer Care of Snapdeal against Reference No.20002072. Then mail received from Snapdeal " Your cancellation request for has been accepted and Refund for prepaid order are issued immediately upon cancellation.However, since your items has already been shipped and has to be returned to us , we will take up to 6 days to initiate refund. It will be in your card/bank account within 4 days after that. once your refund is initiated,we will send you an update via email ans SMS.
Till then, your order will still reflect shipped on the my order page, however you do not need to register another request for cancellation. Order ID: 11733510959 and Reference No.20002072 Issued on 26.02.2016".
Therefore, we request you to please refund of same and do the needful, otherwise we have approach to Consumer Court.

I have made a prepaid Snapdeal purchase with order ID 12263991964. Today, the delivery person wanted to deliver two items to my residential address. However, he mentioned that unless I show and give my ID to him in writing, he cannot deliver my packet(s).

I would like to receive my packets. But I am concerned about the ID issue for the following reasons.

1. Since somebody is delivering to a residential address, no ID is required. My residential address itself is already a valid proof of my identity.

2. It is thoroughly inappropriate for a courier agent to write down my personal ID. IDs like my PAN number, Passport number or Employee number are not top secrets, but at the same time not meant to be made public.

Of course, in many places, we have to supply an ID proof, like in trains and airports. But nobody there writes down my ID. I can give my ID in writing only to trusted parties like government agencies and banks. An untrusted third party has no authority to take my ID in writing. Most buyers do not think before giving their IDs, but I think that an untrusted party (like a courier agent, or the courier company) has absolutely no business in the buyers' personal IDs. This is serious, because there always remains a threat that the IDs can be misused by some party, and nobody is there to prevent such misuses.

So long as Snapdeal's delivery policy enforces this ID production requirement, I cannot buy from Snapdeal. The packets that were attempted to be delivered today were promptly rejected. There are two more packets to come. I will reject them too if the delivery person asks for my ID.

Please note that I am willing to receive all the four items, and do shopping from Snapdeal in future. But unless the ID issue is resolved, I cannot help.

Take it as legal notice that any further delay shall make you liable before consumer forum for deficiency in service and unfair trade.You people take customers for a ride and don't deliver good service.there are many better service providers who have timely delivery and efficient mechanism.You are so casual that even today you sent the same message that product shall be delivered between 10-12 June when it is 14th today.I want the product today.you have caused mental agony and lot of inconvenience.
The item I have booked is required only these days.after that it has no utility.You just promote your business by cheating people and be fooling them.
I had booked one more item but that was delivered timely.but the item I had booked was altogether different from the one sent to me.instead of useable item which I had booked I received a toy.
If you cannot run the business fairly don't resort to unfair trade practice.Don't forget you are accountable to customers who can sue you in various forums.

Height of deceiving d customers. They don't share d email id .& d staff responding are liars.They send d message of returning d product.But after 8 days no response. They have put d ph.on hold.I think d govt.must take some action against such White collared cheaters.I pray that someone must teach them a lesson .Being a teacher my money is hard earn. I m a frequent buyer from ur site.This is second time (including ealrlier order) i have recieved message that " we could not deliver ur order as "YOU" requested to reschedule" This is such a negative message.I never asked to reschedule it. Please avoid in future.
Also, i want to keep my view that now after selecting the item i have see charges for delivery which was not there earlier.Can u please review the option and make the products free delivery as of earlier.

Sub- Escalation related to Snapdeal Order ID: 13636738492 (Reverse Pick Up of Incomplete Product and replacement/refund)

I have heard stories of your achievement in Snapdeal within short time in various media, that was really one of the inspiring things for me.

But, when it finally came to customer service level, everything was going fine until I placed the Order ID: 13636738492 (Adiko Cahuna High Back Executive Chair in Brown Leatherette). The product was delivered as INCOMPLETE, the hydrolic lift mechanism (i.e. gas cylinder) was missing in the parcel.

Details:

- 7 June, 2016: Order Placed
- 12 June, 2016: Product Delivered
- 12 June, 2016: Reverse Pick Up request placed immediately after finding the product as incomplete.
- 16 June, 2016: Delivery guy refused to pickup as he did not come with proper transportation.

After that I am continuosly following up with Snapdeal Customer Care in vain, and every time false promises are made for reverse pick up within 48 hours.

Its already 22 (twenty two) days over from the day I made the request for reverse pickup. Now I have lost my expectation on Snapdeal.

Mentioning few names from Customer Server Department, I can remember, who failed to keep their promises -

- Mr. Arjun Sharma (Floor Superviser)
- Miss Suhana Jay Ram (Customer Care representative)

Today (3 July, 2016), when I asked a suggestion from Mr. Aman Deep Singh (Customer Care representative), if he is in my place as a customer, how he would react in this delay issue. He suggested me a very good thing that he will call Customer care again and again, and if it does not work, he will threaten and try ALL OTHER means including registering complaint. Luckily I have recorded the conversation for future reference.

I really thank him to open my eyes.

Hence, please consider this email as a WARNING and I want this issue to be resolved within 2 (two) days i.e. by 5 July. Otherwise, I am going to register a Complaint in Consumer Court as well as will log Police Complaint. Apart from these, I will share all these details in various electronic media to let customers aware of such irresponsibilities of Snapdeal service, before they make any order.

I ordered two Terabyte POrtable External 2.5 Inch Usb To Sata Hdd Hard Disk casing and received it on 8/7/2016. To my surprise it didnt work at all on both laptop and desktop. Could you please crosscheck it manually before dispatching it. I tried it with 1Tb and 500 Gb hard disk.
