DIAKIN service is just horrible. The dealer from whom we bought, don't even respond in 4-5 days. Even if the product is good, will not recommend anyone to buy unless they take in writing SAME DAY SERVICE from the dealer, so that you can take them to consumer court. Very very disapppointed

DIAKIN service is very horrible. Complaint is not attended even scores of call.I registered the complaint 10 days back but not got any response. Very shameful. It is my sincere advise NOT TO PURCHASE this AC.

We have purchased a new diakin AC on 2nd May 2015, Engineer has came and installed on 4th but AC cooing was very less so have made a call to ur technician, he came after 2 days and checked, said gas is less so ac cooling effect is less and gave his office number for complaint, they said we will send our technician to fill gas by tomorrow, but after repeated follow up they sent engineer after 3 days(ie., 11/05/2015).

He filled the gas and said you will get more cooling but same problem again so I made a complaint on 15th May 2015 though toll free number, my complaint was registered SBD 150515250 and gave Mr. Kamesh contact number, I made a call but no proper response.

Again I made call to toll free number on 18/05/2014, they gave Hyderabad number of Mr Ravi Kumar and said ur problem will be solved. I contacted him, he said I am not for Visakhapatnam and gave Mr. Cheranjevi but till now he has not turned up so again I gave complient to Mr Ravi Kumar, he said he also inform.

Finally they came on 19/05/2014 and checked said ur front unit has gas leak so we take to our office repair give but till today no response, I made a call to them, they are saying we repaired we kept for Nitrate test.

Today I made a compliant through toll free and spoke to Mr. Monish and said I have purchased a brand new AC, I don't want to take repaired one, even we have not used a single day so please replace, he said to give compliant to Mr. Ravi Kumar or else send a mail request.

I spoke to Mr. Ravi Kumar, he is saying I am not concern person you talk to Mr. Cheranjevi.
Mr. Cheranjivi has not turned up yet.

Being a biggest Diakin company, Is this is a way of response you people give to customer by purchasing for 43,000/- to 44,000/-, Please take your AC back or replace a new unit if not I have taken AC in EMI, I am not going pay and going to give back unit in Sono Vision, where I have purchased.

Please take necessary action against the issue immeduiately.

I have purchased a new diakin Split 1.5Ton AC on 18/02/2014 from Authorised Dealer "JAIN's, R.P. Secunderabad-500003, Engineer has came and installed on 4th but AC cooing was not working so have made a call to ur technician, he came after 2 days and checked, said gas is leaking so ac cooling and gave his office number for complaint, they said we will send our technician to fill gas by tomorrow, but after repeated follow up they sent engineer after 2 days and filled the gas.

But next year the same problem again so I made a complaint though toll free number, my complaint was registered and technician came and told me due gas leaking AC not cooling and told me the charges around 4000/- for filling of Gas. After negotiation I was paid Rs. 3500/- to the technician of Dew Ststem (authorised Service Centre) on 29-4-2015.

Today I made a compliant through toll free due to same problem. Now it is clear that your dealers supplied defective unit for which I have to spent Rs. 4000-5000 every for filling of gas because warranty period is over. I have 2 more spilt AC on LG product but there is no problem since last 5 years and need not to fill gas every year.

Being a biggest Diakin company, Is this is a way of response you people give to customer by purchasing for 43,000/- to 44,000/-,

Please take your AC back or replace a new unit if not I am going to give back unit in Jains , I have purchased.

Please take necessary action against the issue immediately.

I purchased a Daikin(Inverter_)1.5 two years back. It is troubling me from the very begining.Every time, it is cooling problem and the mechan ics who are despatched to fix the problem fill the gas and assure no repetition of the problem. please do not buy any Daikin products.

I have made a complaint for my AC (request no MAA160469440) and my contact no is 9444319437.
This request has been pending almost a month but no proper response and they have still not fixed my problem.

Whenever i follow up with the service team, I often get a response as we have forwarded your response to concerned team and you will receive response shortly, but this is a terrible lie from daikin support team.

Worst Experience from Buying Daikin AC, PLEASE DON'T BUY DAIKIN AC.
"IF YOU BUY YOU WILL JOIN ME WITH A TEAM which will be against Daikin Product since you will experience the worst Product service support team.

I raised a complaint 10 days back via complaint no SBD 160504718 and SBD 160514157 till date i have not got any service from the company i am calling the company everyday they are only telling they will send their executives and to my surprise i am getting the messages stating to give the feedback at cs@daikinindia.com now see what kind of the pathetic services are they providing and what kind of a company is it.

for more than two months now i am suffering from poor and callous service attitude of Daikin regional office at mumbai and its agents /service partners like Dashmesh in Vashi

For my two AC the ECB was diagnosed to be not working and the service people who came took the part away for repairs but after that they do not bother to respond or return the part

Recent complaint no. was USNM10020029 and now for the last 3 days they are not answering or coming back. I reported the matter to their Mumbai regional office . All they said was to contact another service person and they showed no interest to help me . Imagine i was their customer who bought two AC - their costliest models for approx 1.5 lacs !I advise my fellow netizens to never buy any DAIKIN products. They are the worst and most rude company who will offer no post sale support ever and you will be left to yourself repenting for life !

I have bought the daikin ac one ton last sunday (MAA160527959). they promised me that mr. jeddy 9840439797 has attend our request next day itself. but till date my ac not installed, my money totally get wasted.followed mr. jeddy for past two days, no response from his side, at last he promised to fix the ac today evening at 3.00 pm, but till 4pm no one came, i tried to call him, he cut my call continuously then switched off. Is this a worst service engineer do you people have. Don't make the customer irritating. Can you give the solution for this

Service not completed & not responding

I had logged a service request vide complaint no AHM27032017215684 on 27th of March. After 2 days a service boy carried out the dry service and it was detected that the water outlet pipe is broken & needs replacement. I told him to do so. The service boy named Mr. Inyat said he will bring the pipe next day & fix it. He also asked me to pay him Rs. 450/- as charges. I told him to complete the job & then I will pay. But he insisted on payment.In good faith I paid him Rs 450/- & asked him for a receipt but he said he is not carrying a bill book & will give me the next day when he comes to fix the the pipe.
He did not turn up for next couple of days. Besides some foul smell is also coming from the AC whenever I put it on. I tried contacting him on his cell but he would not respond.
Finally on 19th April I spoke to your call center & lodged a complaint. I was told the nearest service center would attend to my complaint. But no body turned up for next ten days.
Again on 2nd May I lodged another complaint no 215684 in you call center. Till date no one has called me or come to see the problem.
Is this how Daikin provides service? Doesn't this amounts to cheating that money has been taken & problem not resolved. Biggest problem is high headed ness of not even responding to a coustomer. I think I made a big mistake of going to a official Daikin service center expecting professional service. Daikin may be a big name but But I think any private service provider would have done a much better service job.

I am not presently able to operate my AC. This hot climate is also causing lot of problems.
I am making a final request to Daikin to resolve my problem. Failing which I will be forced to approach consumer forum. Hope my request will be attended to at the earliest.

First of ALL when youll Say Free Installation Be sepefic what comes under Free Installation
When The Person Comes To Survey the Area, he Informs You you have to Pay For The Drain Pipe which the company Does Not Provide, he puts a Big Figure for that the same same if you buy the pipe which is 1/3 less the cost survey person Quoted. if the customer buyes the pipe, it is told you have to pay labour charges for installing installing the pipe. same goes with the Installation Bracket
If we have to Pay for each and every thing why mention Installation Free

New installation of vrv system is in progress at my site.there is linkage in pipe.but they can't find it.Now they have cut pipes at many places in 2 or 3 cuts in 2 foot length and welding it.but I am not satisfied with this type of malti welding pipe in new brand vrv system.i hope daikin will immediately see on my complaint and change pipes.
