At last I got the customer number. Thanks for sharing.
DTDC sucks big time....their US site is down....none of the phone calls are attended and voice message box is full....not sure how to track the shipment which is in transit for more than 5 days after landing in US. Their website is also not showing latest updates on the shipment....pathetic....no wonder why these companies have no future
