This is inform the Olx team that the app seems to have some issues. I am not able to see the chats posted for my paid ad posted. Though get the notifications but I am unable to refresh the chats and reply. PL help. This is very frustrating. Also unable to connect on toll free no.

Olx what is happening have published a ad and when I wanted to see my ad in my ads section I didn't find something when I try again it was asked to log in I log in then I didn't find my ad after some time some people started messaging me continuously and asked questions about mobile I have mentioned every detail about theverything mobile then also they are asking. On 04-06-2018, I saw an advertisement in OLX regarding Vivo-V9 mobile. Being interested to purchase, I contacted the person, PARVEEN-ARMY, who posted the ad. He introduced himself as an army person, working in Banasawadi Army Camp, Bengaluru. He called me through his mobile number 7410901996. He presented several proofs to prove it. After negotiation, he agreed to sell the mobile at Rs.11000.00. He told me that he his sending it through military courier service. He asked me to pay an advance of Rs.5000.00 for despatch of the parcel, as it is mandatory. On 08.06.2018, I transferred Rs.5000.00 through PAYTM to his account (9772933424). After transferring the amount, he told me that the courier has left. He sent me the photographs of parcel and receipt also.
The next day i,e. On 09.06.2018, a person introducing himself as an army courier official, called me through a number 7240177437, and told me that he is coming to my house with the parcel. He told me that, he delivers the parcel only he gets the clearance mail from his office. For that, I have to transfer an amount of Rs.7000.00 and an additional amount of Rs.1000.00 for insurance, to Parveen’s PAYTM account. So, I transferred Rs.7000.00+Rs.1000.00 to 9772933424 through PAYTM. I waited for a long time for his arrival. But he didn’t come. When I called him back, the phone was ringing but no one responded. Immediately, I contacted Parveen to sort out the issue. After few minutes, even Parveen’s phone switched off. Totally, I lost Rs.13000.00.
Then I felt and confirmed that I am cheated by a group of online fraudsters. Few minutes ago, I tried to contact them. Mobile is ringing but nobody is receiving the call. It means that the phones are still in use, and they are searching for a new victim.
I request you to look into the matter seriously and take necessary steps to kerb such online fraudsters.
I hope my request will be considered positively and justice will be given.

Dear sir I had a very worst experience hope u will help me I seen a add in olx for Samsung galaxy s8+ 128gb price 19000 I talk to owner and we both agreed in 17000 as he was from goa he told me not to come here I will send u by speed post then I send him money through paytm after he done the parcel ready he aske me for all money then I send him rest money but but he stop the parcel and demand more money from me afterwards I told send me the money I am not interested but he said I won't give u money
Then I raised the complain in police station with all the proof I had
