One year later, I'm having exactly the same problem today. Average of 10 minutes holding time before your call is finally answered by a rep who promptly puts you through the same routine all over again. I tell her that when I key in my CC No. it tells me 'the CC No. is incorrect' (???) but she still wants me to go ahead. HOW ???
Anybody knows the procedure to return the credit card ?

I m having AXIS BANK credit card expired on 05/2013.They send renewed credit card on my residential address but it was returned to them may be wrong address.Can i get any email id of axis bank to i will approach for my correct address & will gate my new card. RAJENDRA S SONAWANE
it will be held in you local account holding branch for some time then after they will send back to mumbai, after calling back to them they will resend you the card.
i m also not happy with the services by axis bank.highly unfriendliness environment

I dont what axis bank is doing... i have not yet purchased any thing with it.... axis charged me for more than Rs.600/-. waiting for the statement, then will go through the process required to treat with.

Absolutely ridiculous, as I was not able to open the statement attached in mail even though I have given the password as per the instruction mentioned in the statement mail, i need to know correct password but thee is no option though tele phone to get that information and no answer to my mail. I have already paid against two statement but not able to verify from my end.
Most user UNFRIENDLY too free service ever came across. This bank appears to have stuck in time.
really upset about this services. It needs to be change into user friendly services otherwise discard this service.It is not yet all useful.
