I have purchase a net connection on 01/03/2014 from RWORLD shop at NOIDA Atta Market. I have submitted all the relevant documents and initial deposit money also. They have started service for one day only. After that they disconnected the service and told me that you need to resubmit the all the documents. Some one else told me that your verification is done from our side but its negative. Till date no one was visited to my place. Their aim is to making money from customers and then provide false comments against their customers. I will not recommend Reliance Net connection to anybody.Pls beware from these people....

2 ways... 1. Go to your Reliance Netconnect+ / Broadband+ ; launch application. Click Settings -> Network Settings. In the Authentication frame you see your username, which is your data card number. 2. If you deleted the profile by accident and you don't have a reliance data card number !! ? Never mind.. there is a short cut where you don't need a your reliance net connect number. Just create a new profile and for authentication credentials just type "net" for both username and password. there you go!! you are connected to the internet :)

I've been using reliance net connect for the past 2 years. I've no issues with the connectivity or speed, its really good. But, recently I've noticed that reliance is a data thief. Every time you recharge a GB of data, you get only about 800MB of data. This has been happening with me for the past 6 recharges. If reliance thinks they can cheat people without getting noticed you are wrong. Well, you have already been trounced by the competitors, don't allow your name to disappear with the remaining few customers.

30335555 is the Customer care no: which is chargeable and you can speak to the Reliance Customer Care team who will not bother to offer you any solution to your issue. Not sure if they do it either on purpose being a set of incompetent characters. Be sure that you would be wasting your good money speaking to them and get nothing in return. I have spent hours speaking to them and the call being transferred to the Floor supervisor and you would be surprised to find the Supervisor is far more dumb than anyone you can speak to. If you have nothing to do and want to spoil your day, speak to them and the way they answer will raise your BP that you might end up breaking your mobile in disgust. I too wonder from where Reliance selects such characters or is it that they are trained to reply as such so that a Customer should never contact them in future.

I hope the ones who read this never ever fall prey to Reliance again.On June 18th, 2014, I cancelled my subscription to Reliance NetConnect+. I was informed that as it was in between billing cycles, I would be charged pro rata up til June 18th, and that I would receive one last bill for the same.Unfortunately, the last bill that I have received was for Rs. 943 which obviously is for an entire month .. plus some late fee!I was willing to pay what I actually owe (pro rata) but not for an entire month's usage after terminating my connection!! For more than one month now, I have been trying to reach out to Reliance customer care ..... Sent multiple emails ... no response. called on the given customer care numbers = 1800-3000-7777/5555 but both don't even exist!I don't understand how a large and rich company like this can be so irresponsible towards its customers... Makes me believe such companies get rich only by looting their customers!Right now, I am clueless if my mail requests have ever been ready by anyone over at Reliance. The only communication I ever got was an automated email with threatened to initiate legal action if I don't pay up. If I don't go over to the nearest Reliance store and pay my dues, I will soon receive a legal notice from them saying I didn't pay my bills for 3 months. This is really how Reliance behaves... I have no way out. :(PS - when I was getting my service disconnected, the rep asked me if I want to continue the service at a discounted rate .. Rs. 400 p.m. This is even less than half of what I pay every month. So that means, even Rs. 400 p.m is profitable for Reliance .. and by charging you around Rs. 800+ p.m, their margins are sky high!! the toll free no is just a foolish thing nobody lifts & as the slogan of Reliance "paraya maal apna". i had a conection which i had taken a year back & was in my name & meant for office operating from my house. Now i left the company & handed over the same data card to the co where i was in. They too have cleared the dues & surendered. I had been getting calls for balance payments & have informed them that it is with JSTC Logistics the co in which i was working & had given the contact nos. First, I riased a request myservices.relianceada.com to discontinue as my dongle is not working. It is throwing error as "USB not recognize" which is hardware issue. The executive has simply close the ticket. I called n number of time and there is no response. I went to service center (each time i call i get new address from different executive) and there is no response. They are amount of 600 which is not mentioned over the call by executive. Nowdays i get 10's of call to pay the bill and no body is lodging a ticket. There was no response back, after which I called the customer care asking them to deactivate my dongle. I was told it would be done within a week but would need to pay for that extra month. They refused to acknowledge my written correspondence before. The next month too I got the bill unexpectedly. Repeated calls to their customer care assured me that deactivation would be done in no time. But every time, I checked the status, it was said that my deactivation request has never been recorded, and still would need to pay for the subsequent month. Now, their mistake I can accept once but how many times is this already! Being forced to pay the monthly when not using at all makes me furious. It is inefficiency, carelessness or deliberate attempts.. or whatever but the mistake is on their parts and am determined to not pay anymore. The last time the official was too much intrusive about why I wanted to deactivate, which company is my main service provider, which wifi network am I using.. I pointed to him that it should not matter and yet he was stuck up at it!!

If you give complain to customer care guys, they will close the complaint within three days, without giving confirmation, call or E-mail. If you give 100 complaints they will close it without shy. Worst cc.. without reason they put you on wait.. and after sometime call disconnects automatically.Every time you call again the new cc person starts asking same questions and giving same suggestions without listening to customer.If this continues customers never go back to them.. they should realize.

I'm using relience wifi wi-Pod connection from last two months and having serious connectivity problem and lodged complaints at least six times.as on date no body from company bothers to solve my connectivity problem. Relience now don't bother for their customers. I suggest no body should go for relience wifi connection.

I had purchased a data card wi-pod from the day one problems started, till now they hadn't solved the issue. At the time of giving connection they bluffed saying 14.7 mbps speed and many. And now they are not attending the calls instead they are challenging that Anil Ambani can't do anything to them. If employees are acting like goons what can we do. All the scrap is in reliance communications. No manners nothing. I suggest not to think about reliance.
Reliance is the worst service provider like airtel. When recharged online the validity is changed and without notice all the data in the data card vanished and said the validity expired. Airtel too when charged online instead of 1GB data they charged Re.1 to the account and all the 233 Rs was shown as the processing charges. I do not know what is this processing charges. Disgusting services to hell with you both operators

All customer should go in consumer court and complain against service provider and try to stop such of nonsense service. during the sale of product salesman says anything and after that salesman not picked up the call

Beauty is the customer support executive don't know any answer. They keep the line in mute for 15 mts. We don't know what is happening in the line. Worst product and Worst service. Also, they don't take cancellation request also. They keep on sending bills.
