facing various problems with lloyd window AC ..cooling, noise and temperature, etc..concluding the AC is not worth purchasing.
I have purchased before 1 month 1 ton AC and now it is not working it has run around 10 min and than trimp and only fan is going on no cooling......LLOYD is a fake company costomer care no. 18001020666 never picked...he makes fool....09560399889
Worst service I have ever got from any company . Your technician don't come on time & instead of solving problem or diagnosing problem , they are showing us how to use remote.
We have given a complaint id num: leel1202134570to Mr.Vijay ph no:7799883330.We have given complaint on our 2 Acs He is not responding properly and this is worst case here we are calling him 4 to 5 times a day then also he is not responding properly. we have ordered for spares on last month 15th but till now our problem is not solved hope you will see my comment & you will reply me as soon as possible.
sir, we register a complaint regarding a fault in AC,. but there is no response from ur side. very worst servicing. even we contact our local service centre persons, no apt reply from from. they r replying that we r sending an sms but it is not delivered. how dare they are replying to a customer. Now we r having our warranty period. but i think that we will get ur service after that period.
Very worst customer care service. We are trying to reach your customer care... but all your customer care executives are busy at all the times... and there comes a useless message that "our company is very good, getting so so awards"....who is giving you those awards God knows....When tried to register a complaint on website... it took all the details and a message is coming mentioning " your complaint is registered" but there is no reference number...If i have to track the complaint ... there is no way.... In this way, company can escape any time....Why have you opened a company like this... where you dont want to provide any post sale service.. but dont worry dear...i will post this message to each and every blog.....until my AC gets repaired....Anand9885970061

Very worst customer service I was brought Ac from 4/4/2015. This response to company service center alleppey Kerala I was complaint dated on 28/8/2015.only one time center people came here and tolled me to as soon as possible clear ur com.but nobody can.Now I approached to consumer court . Costly parts ( 2 PCBs, remote control unit, Transformers etc) taken from my Ac unit without any acknowledgement. what for?. Still the answer is waiting for spare. I booked my LLoyd Split AC 1.5T re-installation request. Request Id-070316134784. M/s Saam Airconditioning Abdul Khalid carried out this work. Poor workmanship, Outer unit installed at wrong location, hided my ceiling hanged cloth drying pull & push stand, Copper tube insulation not done, drain pipe joint not done properly, earthing wire left unjointed on cable extension as well as in the plug shoe. Charged Rs.800/- for re-work, insisted me to buy 32Amp ELCB i.e. waste of my money. Loyd ka Ac na koi le becoz its not working...company bhi bekar h..service bhi koi nhi karne aata... Pagal log kaam karte h iss company mai...hell with dis loyd company...

I have purchased LLOYD 1T Split AC from the nearest Lloyd dealer a week back and its not working from yesterday. i have went up to the roof to check its outdoor unit and found fan is broken and fell down inside near compressor unit. Then i made a call to a dealer, they said he guy will be at my home in 1 hr which was false and they keep saying that he's on the way..A dealer which is near by my house only, its may be 300mtr. far from my house. I don't know if he's coming from USA??? So much irresponsible. I was planning few more AC of lloyd for a house but now ive changed my mind. If they still wont come by tomorrow..i will call another technician from the market and remove it and will take it to the dealer.
