sir i have a commodity account in bareilly branch in angel broking than i face a problem last 14 or 15 working days for active equity segment in my account every person (costumer care , bareilly branch ) say monday ,today tomorrow etc .....nobody says clear says how many days .if u want active equity segment then clear. and thanx for your angel broking service . 9758948315 naveen

Worst brokerage service provider , after open demat a/c their sales executive are not respond even sales executive are not received phone also advice and request not open any mutual fund..............

This broking co is only interested in continueous churning the trades ie intrested in only increasing its brokerage withot caring for the customers value,declaring theirselves as market EXPERTS but wiping out the the whole value of the customers folio in atleast 90% of the cases.

Sir, I was having my Trading A/c in your company, my client ID is Chen6536 when i was in chennai i had registered with mobile no 8148550356 and email pksingh10111974@yahoo.in however now i am posted in Rajasthan at Suratgarh. My registered mob no. has been allotted to other and my email has been hacked.Hence i requested to registered my new mob no 8769073207 and my new email id pksingh.af19@yahoo.in. But so far i could get any response from your end. Once again i request u kindly registered my new mob & email id in your record and confirm me at the earliest. am not happy and satisfied with your service .have purchased shares worth rs 2,83639 three days back.have given cheque amt of 3,00000 rs so the balance amount must be 16,361.recevied a mail showing that you have bebited 3278 rs as brokerage ,how come this amount came as brokerage ?,its more than 10 %


My balance amount must be rs 13083 after reduction of your huge amount of brokerage fee , i couldn't see my balance amt anywhere in your site,please send me detailed bill,your brokerage percentage .

please clarify the following doubts:
1. I have no clue how 4000 shares of pnb and 300 shares of rbl were traded from my account
2. during trading hours when I tried to open my account via app I was declared as suspended due to amount of loss I suffered.
3. why wasn’t I allowed to trade and all my holdings were squaread off immediately in minutes when there was scope of improvement of the markets by the end of the day, had I been called to inform, I would have made a decision that would definitely repair my damage to some extent. but nobody called me.
4. when I don’t have credit so high to purchase huge numbers of shares, how was I even allowed to buy this huge number of shares?
5. it was not my decision to buy or sell 4000 extra pnb then why should I suffer the loss incurred from it. ps: if I was not suspended I would hold till the end and would reduce the amount of loss I suffered as the markets recovered to some extent by 3p.m
6. aren’t there any policy for the quantity of shares one can buy or sell to avoid huge losses keeping their credibility in mind.
7. I believe that there are certain loopholes in the angel application from which I have been trading and its not a reliable source to trade.
8. I demand compensation as there are decisions and transactions not made by me as I was involuntarily suspended not allowing me to make a decision in the time of need.
please provide me a detailed explanation to my following doubts at the earliest.
