Dear Team Snapdeal,

To begin with i am a regular online buyer & have recently started using Snapdeal for a few of my purchases.

I had used Snapdeal services to purchase a new phone online & thus booked Blaupunkt U9 16GB Gold phone (Order ID: 15334915269 ) on 24th Sept 2016 which was prepaid.

Now the product description of the phone on the Snapdeal website read : 16GB internal memory/ 13MP rear & 8MP front camera (encl images), but when the product was delivered to me on 1st Oct 2016 the product stated 8GB internal memory 8MPrear camera & 5MP front camera which i was not expecting thus it had inappropriate product description forcing me to return the item.

It was picked up on 5th Oct 2016 & i was assured a refund; But on 8th Oct 2016 i was sent a text msg saying the product Quality Check Failed, therefore no refund.

Now what i would like to know from you:
1. What does an inappropriate product description have to do with quality check?
2. Even if you state it has failed QC , then please state on what grounds?
3. Do i expect a refund of my money?

I am now awaiting your reply on my above queries.

I have ordered 3 products from Snapdeal under the Diwali Unbox sale.
Out of which Only one product is good and same as described.

The other two are not as descrided.

My issue is with the Order -> Bridgestone - B 290 - 155/80 R13 (79 T) - Tubeless Tyre on 5th october 2016 and I received the product on 20th october 2016 but found the product was very Old, I cannot create a refund request, getting the message ( Your request cannot be completed at the moment. My Order ID is 15989361255. i have ordered a whirlpool 245 L Neo Double Door refrigerator on 15 -0ct -2016. received the product on 20 oct 2016. But i found it has two minor dent (damage) on the product on the front side ..i called the customer care and put request of replacement of the product and there after after i recieved a mail stating i have to manually send the product as they donot have pickup for my location. I again called and told that sending the product is a tedious process for me and its not possible for me to pack and send it the warehouse on my own. . so one of representative informed me about the some compansation and if you want to keep the product .. you can get some compensation against it.and for that our team handling that will contact you soon .Its been five days after registering the complaint . My complaint no for that is 33324640. Still not resolved my issue . Worst experience given by snapdeal.i request please took this in the priority. i humbly request to the snapdeal team .. so that i can enjoy my future shopping experience with snapdeal .

after 18 days of ordering and still no update. I had to finish a project which now stands hanging. Pls tell me who is responsible for my misery. How can your service get so pathetic and no accountability ??
I had been a regular customer of snap deal since long but now i will have to think twice before ordering something on snap deal.
Before taking a legal recourse I thought of mailing you sir, I hope you can get it resolved.

Please note that my order was cancelled by your end not from my side and the item was booked through Bajaj finance. Now the problem is that I didn't receive the refund amount yet. So request you that kindly look on this matter as soon as possible or else I will file a case to consumer court for fraud or cheating customers on both of you vendors.

And one thing I also want to say that you cancelled the order from your end after more thanks one week from your estimated date. I try to call and send several messages but no response and unable connect representative to discuss this matter.

We are so surprised of that we have received Blackberry Scraped Piece instead of Vivo y53....Which was packed instead of Put it in to the Dust Bin...We have opened the Box infront of the Ecom Delivery Executive...He said that will escalate to their team and will take it Back on Monday...Because the day he was delivered on Sunday...But he never turned back....Then we went to E com Office and Met Mr.Alakar who was heading the Branch....He said will escalate with the HO and Snap deal will get it done.....But still its happening....We are not expecting such a Cheating happening from ur Market Place Seller....I am getting a resolution that I won’t get my refund since you guys had blacklisted the seller from snap-deal. Without any verification the seller sends the product and takes the money from the customer and the snap-deal they aren’t aware of the issue.

I would like to question to snap-deal and the chairman of the company why they have listed the seller on their websites to sell the product. Remove them if you have blacklisted from your company had you send out a disclosures on your website or in newspapers that any product which is sent by those seller will not be entertained by snapdeal

. I do not understand how the snap-deal is working are there no compliance department to check the quality checks by seller.
