Guys,SNAPDEAL is a "Big Cheat". Believe me I am not lying. Let us teach them a lesson by not buying anything from them. There "CUSTOMER CARE" is the biggest farce. However, don't forget that Amazon is here ( Flipkart already was) and with such a "Fake" customer care they are not going to gain. The customer care number is not "toll free" and even after spending money I could not connect with your customer care representative. Once it got disconnected claiming that there are a lot a customer waiting. The second time I was fifty-seventh customer waiting, which made me disconnect the call.
The only reply we can give to Snapdeal... Or we can take revenge.... As to order big big products on Snapdeal on Cod..... And refuse to take delivery.... Than they will understand how to resolve the prblm of customer on an urgent basis

I ordered a stove Bajaj Majesty CX21 D 4B SS Cooktop on snapdeal.com. They delivered wrong cheaper Bajaj CX 10 model stove model . When I wrote to them, they said they’ll have a return pickup arranged, it’s been 45 days and repeated reminders. They have not picked up the wrong product yet. Somebody called from snapdeal and said u send it to us with your courier expense! That is preposterous! I have to spend 2500/- rupees on shipping them a product worth 4600/- and that too not sure they will refund the amount or not. Cheats! Beware of snapdeal.

Snapdeal has the worst customer care service. I ordered a product on 6th March. I got a wrong product, that was collected only on 15th. No replacement has come, today is 1st April. I keep getting calls and mails asking whether I have received the product and also for feedback. I need not mention that the money has been collected and no one is bothered about talking about that. This is absolute cheating. No progress even though we have spoken to CSA several times.

And we cant able to return your money. They I got to know how badly i cheated by this Indian Cheater company. And i do received a message on my cell phone ,that it was Handed over to Bluedart courier (Tracking number - 69088118120) . But today i received another message stating , "Our courier partner Bluedart has initiated the return of Fastrack EXPLORER 9463AL0... of snapdeal order no. 1965532392 due to issues at their end. We will initiate refund process once product is received by us.Inconvenience cased is deeply regretted". I had contacted BlueDart Authorities on this regard, And what they explained to me , was that , For any shipment to Kerala Snapdeal should hand over a Form , and since they failed to submit the form , the initiation of delivery was halted and the package was submitted to the seller itself few days back... I didn't get this sort of message from you when the seller got the shipment back.. This is not the kind of service , A company with such a great honor and excellence should ever do to its customers. A have had a great inconvenience on this matter ,because i want this package to be delivered by any other means . I don't require a refund, I just want this shipment to be delivered by any other courier service or something. Hi, just stating another irresponsible act of snapdeal.On 7th May 2014 I bought a Dell 19" (via order number - 2065559440) which was supposed to be shipped out from snapdeal's hand on 8th May 2014. But after number of hard communications on 9th the said order was shipped out from snapdeal's hand, and in snapdeal's website the estimated delivery date was showing as 14th may 2014. When I contacted with the Logistics company (Gati) they said they will be delivering on 17th May 2014.Now snapdeal is simply in no answer mode.Earlier also I bought from snapdeal for more than 20 instances and in every time it was a smooth experience. Gali Gali mein shore hai Snap deal chor hai ! BIG BOSS ka salu bhi sala chutia hai jo aise ghatiya website ki publicity karne mein laga hai. I ordered Philips sound bar, recieved it 5 days but it wasn't working, I raised a request for replacement, received replacement in 7 days but again it was not working. I thought I am doing some mis-connection of wires so I called Philips customer care to send someone for installation. Philips representative confirmed that this is not a brand new piece but a repaired one, "OK Checked" seal on the screws was broken, box was opened earlier also, the way it was packed again indicated that it was repaired somewhere outside Philiops facility. When I called snap deal asking for refund, they stopped responding my requested. Mere 6000/- ruppees chud gaye but still I would say saste mein choot gaye, Thank god I did not order some very expensive item.

I ordered the printer online through snapdeal on 13th of oct and expected date of delivery was given 22nd oct. Today is 25th and there is a new delivery date mentioned as 28th oct. which means snapdeal is not only standing on their committed date but postponing by another 1 week ie 28th oct. Snapdeal sucks big time. I agree its a cheater. It tells you it will deliver a product on a date and it keeps on postponing the same without any specific result. The fact is, snapdeal is incapable of delivering products to your place. Its supply chain is pathetic.I parshav desai have ordered an 1.5 ton AC on 12th of october 2014. Snapdeal has postponed delivery dates 3 times. And still the product hasnt been delivered. Today is 31st october and me and my family are burning because of the heat. And snapdeal is making it worse. I will never order again on snapdeal. It SUCKS big time.

I had ordered a laptop from snapdeal on 18th and after a lot of mails and calls I received the product on 1st november, courier people(BLUEDART) weren't even able to track my product nor they knew whether it was lost.etc. alright so finally I receive the product on 1st and voila! Its a wrong product sent I.e. inferior config product. I seriously dont know whether to blame snapdeal or the vendor for this. Iv never faced such issues with flipkart/amazon. Now when I wrote a complaint saying they have sent a product they say that the product is not eligible for return but they will still investigate about it. Its just the commercial's and marketing strategy saying that our money is 100% protected by trustpay but in practical I dont see any scenario wherein snapdeal has refunded on time. Their terms are conditions are self-centered, they dont care whether the customer is suffering/waiting/spending money on their horrible customer care line where they pick up after hours and then they just make fake promises/response is really really horrible from snapdeal customer care. The company delivered it partially, without some items like brass connector, etc. Last one week i have been requesting to deliver the mission items or take away the delivery. Alas! despite of assured several 48 hours solution nothing has done yet. The costumer care executives are bunch of idiots does not know how to deal the matter. They only read out a message : sorry for inconvenience, we have escalated your request, our team is trying for this and we will solve it within 48 hours. Made a big mistake of placing order at Snapdeal without reading above complaints by so may customers like me. My order ID 3311545493- Placed order on 23rd for a land-line phone. On 24th They mailed as Item is shipped. Till now i have not received the ordered item. Customer care is worst! all they know is that we have shipped item- and they say estimated time as it will be delivered within that time and there is absolutely no tracking system that gives details on where exactly the courier is. Without any intimation one fine day they changed the estimated date from 1st of Nov to 7th of Nov. For placing order for such a pathetic website- I am trying to continuously track my order and the pathetic courier company which says Item is sent to hub, if we contact courier hub, they say we have not received any such courier.And today when I track status - they are displaying as Consignee not available. was charged from me was Rs; 35789-00 and this was in month of October 2014, It was a Manila Sofa Set I saw the picture with a sofa and a glass toped Table and decide to purchase and I did received the same in month of October but I was out of Delhi and the courier company droped the items in our joint parking and insisted my 14 years old son to sign it , In the mean time my son called me about it and same time I called up Snapdeal cutomercare several time but no one give me a proper response and I was busy travelling and the item dropped by the courier people was kept in a corner at home and I was busy travelling and I had no response from snapdeal at all on 10th of Feb 2015 I thought I should open the parcel and to check is every thing in order but I found that the main item Glass toped table was missing and again I called up snapdeal I asked again the same question where is my table they said this was with out table but I told them I was not crazy and I was not drunk at all to pay 35789-00 rupees to pay just for a sofa set, but they where not helpful at all they avoid my calls, in the mean time I checked the sofa one leg was also missing and while checking the leg of the sofa I saw that the so called sofa from the bottom was such a base less sofa a peace of cloth with some pins where also missing and the wood which is used for making sofa was a terrible and useless piece of wood and the bottom cloth was so cheap and over all very ordinary from inside and when I start removing the cover of the seat there was a very simple foam piece with our any cover and over all the material is used for the so costly sofa was very very cheap??? and I called up a sofa cover maker I told him to repair this sofa he asked me the rates I told him the rate he was shocked and told me for this much of amount I could have given you a teak based sofa, Plus table and side table , But I told him let me check with these snapdeal people what they are cheating customers but a very strange response than I thought I should go to consumer court but my wife said you should check once again with Snapdeal and lets see what will be their final response on a written mail than after we will see so that is why Iam writing you this mail please look in to this matter very seriuosly this issue is very very very serious for me I can not only go to consumer court but I will write about sandal in all majore news papers how snapdeal is doing business with people of course I will be the first from your end but I will creat a real mess for Snapdeal if this issue will not be taken seriously.So I need a final and very serious deal in the mean time I have done repairing of my sofa but what about the rest , I mean Table and the useless material is used for sofa, You have shown some thing in the picture and you have delivered some thing else and why???????????????????

I also buy an Ab king pro platinum, an exercise unit from snapdeal. I received the packet in damaged condition. The courier boy said we received the packing in same condition from snapdeal, I received the consignment with a note that "Received in damaged condition". I took pictures also, and contacted snapdeal for the replacement. After16 days also, there is no co-operation from snapdeal. They are saying that you have to re-pack it and send back to us. We will review the condition and then decided, whether to replace or not. I/t's a 13 Kg heavy and 5 Ft. long item. Where I will go for repacking and courier it?? They are not ready for reverse picking of this damaged item. It seems Snapdeal is a big froud and I am going to file a case in consumer court. Don't buy anything from snapdeal..

Hi Team,I purchased SAMSUNG GALAXY GRAND MAX from snapdeal on 6th April 2015. But I cancelled the product on 9th April 2015. I called snapdeal and informed on the same day. He told please wait for 7 days we will refund your amount. Nearly 3 weeks gone, still i didnt get my refund. I called the customer care daily and raised a compliant in snapdeal site. The customer care person told that wait for 48 hours we will call back and tell the resolution.I waited for more than 3 weeks but no reply. All the time i got the same response "please wait for 48 hrs". Sometimes customer care cut the call, if I ask him to connect to higher officials. Hello, I am Mr. Aniket Pawar from Mumbai, on the 8 Nov. 2014 I ordered XOLO QC800 From Snapdeal, and got the Tablet on 14 Nov. 2014 sent the Tablet via GoJavas courier, the seller is VIDUR & CO. PVT. LTD. (New Delhi). Actually I am facing some difficulties regarding Tablet display issue, heating problem, so i go to nearest XOLO service center, and submit the Copy of Invoice. But they refuse to take the Tablet because, they told me that the Tablet is not in warranty. and hence they cannot do repair works in-warranty status. and they also showed me the warranty status in their system, there were no warranty status, they claimed that when Customer puts Sim card in the Phone/Tablet then as soon as the warranty gets started. They also told me that contact with the snapdeal and the seller. and ask the warranty issue.
