      SNAPDEAL is a "Big Cheat". Believe me I am not lying. Let us teach them a lesson by not buying anything from them.

      There "CUSTOMER CARE" is the biggest farce.
      However, don't forget that Amazon is here ( Flipkart already was) and with such a "Fake" customer care they are not going to gain. The customer care number is not "toll free" and even after spending money I could not connect with your customer care representative. Once it got disconnected claiming that there are a lot a customer waiting. The second time I was fifty-seventh customer waiting, which made me disconnect the call.

    On your first communication mail today(24th Sep 2013) regarding cancellation of order(Order # 1253181419 dated: 12 Sep 2013) you had mentioned the following reason(mail attached):
    “We regret to inform you that we are unable to deliver your order within the time we had committed to you, We don't want to keep you waiting; so we are going ahead with the cancellation of your order .”

    And on your below mail now, the reason for cancellation is due to short of stock: “We are running short of stock, so we would be unable to process your order”

    This is again two different reason for cancellation of 1 order(Order # 1253181419).

    I have been waiting for this item from 17th Sep 2013 and had planned my activities accordingly. Details on my previous mail

      I bought speakers from them. The speakers arrived broken, When I informed them, they picked it up and said that they would replace it. 1 month later, they tell me that they cancel my order. I have paid for the product already. They have not mentioned a word about refunding my money.They are such cheats.

  14. I ordered a stove Bajaj Majesty CX21 D 4B SS Cooktop on snapdeal.com. They delivered wrong cheaper Bajaj CX 10 model stove model . When I wrote to them, they said they’ll have a return pickup arranged, it’s been 45 days and repeated reminders. They have not picked up the wrong product yet. Somebody called from snapdeal and said u send it to us with your courier expense! That is preposterous! I have to spend 2500/- rupees on shipping them a product worth 4600/- and that too not sure they will refund the amount or not. Cheats! Beware of snapdeal.

    i purchase a spice mi 496 coolpad 2 from you i received a product from you on 25 th november but it does not work
    due to problem in that the sim does not work properly and i complaint about the problem to your snapdeal worker he told me to contact spice service centre but when i go to spice centre and tell him about our problem they said me that to update your phone software and i agree for phone update my phone softwarei will ask him how much time did you get they said only 15 to 20 minutes but it will take 3 n half hour but still my phone does not compleatly update they also said me that your phone might be damaged because i update a phone first time but after 3 n half hour he said me to submit your phone for 3 days

  25. Fucking ass hole courier company has been apointed for delivering the product for snapdeal, My suggestion is a complete no no to snapdeal as long as Ecom Express Courier is delivering. Big dissapointment! If snapdeal has to grow in this industry than will have to learn from Flipkart and Homeshop 18. They value their customer as well as their time, Its good that i have orderd my product in 2 different sites, whichever comes first will be winner and I now know that snapdeal will be the looser.

  38. Snapdeal has the worst customer care service. I ordered a product on 6th March. I got a wrong product, that was collected only on 15th. No replacement has come, today is 1st April. I keep getting calls and mails asking whether I have received the product and also for feedback. I need not mention that the money has been collected and no one is bothered about talking about that. This is absolute cheating. No progress even though we have spoken to CSA several times.

  40. I am a regular buyer on shopping cart. Mostly use Amazon, Ebay, Flipcart..etc. Recently I purchased one product from Snap deal and then found unsatisfied from that product. They had mention it in the billing page if you are not satisfied with the product then 7 days money back policy is there.But when I called the customer care people and they said we have many more terms and condition. And we cant able to return your money. They I got to know how badly i cheated by this Indian Cheater company.

    So advice to internet buyer before buying and before seeing those offers on Snap deal page please visit their terms and condition or just avoid to use snap deal and go for some international brand like Amazon, Ebay ...etc.

    Just want to inform you guys to avoid any such kind of situation.

  48. Myself Prabhakaran V V had ordered a FASTRACK EXPLORER 9463AL07 Men's Watch from Snapdeal , Order Number -1965532392 . And i do received a message on my cell phone ,that it was Handed over to Bluedart courier (Tracking number - 69088118120) . But today i received another message stating , "Our courier partner Bluedart has initiated the return of Fastrack EXPLORER 9463AL0... of snapdeal order no. 1965532392 due to issues at their end. We will initiate refund process once product is received by us.Inconvenience cased is deeply regretted".


    I had contacted BlueDart Authorities on this regard, And what they explained to me , was that , For any shipment to Kerala Snapdeal should hand over a Form , and since they failed to submit the form , the initiation of delivery was halted and the package was submitted to the seller itself few days back... I didn't get this sort of message from you when the seller got the shipment back.. This is not the kind of service , A company with such a great honor and excellence should ever do to its customers. A have had a great inconvenience on this matter ,because i want this package to be delivered by any other means . I don't require a refund, I just want this shipment to be delivered by any other courier service or something.


    Now its up to u people to decide , whether you will work for the customers or will just work according to the benifit of your company...

  52. Hi, just stating another irresponsible act of snapdeal.

    On 7th May 2014 I bought a Dell 19" (via order number - 2065559440) which was supposed to be shipped out from snapdeal's hand on 8th May 2014. But after number of hard communications on 9th the said order was shipped out from snapdeal's hand, and in snapdeal's website the estimated delivery date was showing as 14th may 2014. When I contacted with the Logistics company (Gati) they said they will be delivering on 17th May 2014.

    Now snapdeal is simply in no answer mode.

    Earlier also I bought from snapdeal for more than 20 instances and in every time it was a smooth experience. It's really very surprising what went wrong with snapdeal that they suddenly came into the mode of customer harassment instead of building happy customer base.

    Already i have given a complaint about my XOLO Q 3000 mobile order no 2774983228 which i have received on 14th september.Right from the day i received that mobile display of that mobile is blinking and it hanged out.As soon as possible i contacted snap deal customer care they adviced me to contact xolo service centre.As per their advice i consulted xolo service centre and gave my mobile on 22nd september.After one week i received my mobile but the problem of that mobile is not solved i.e.,display is blinking and mobile is hanged out.Again on 29th september i returned it to xolo service centre they requested DOA but they did get any answer from xolo customer care.I approached my location xolo sales and distribution manager-Nagaraju phno:09700373637 and AP xolo service head-Jeevithan phno:07411200143 and daily i am in contact with these people.They are helpless as i purshased it on online.Now i don‘t want that defective mobile.Xolo and snapdeal persons cheated me.If you are also helpless i will be consulting consumer court.As i purchased mobile from you i was very upset and disturbed,i lost my money and wasted my time.I don‘t want this mobile so i request you to permit me to return this defective mobile.

  66. Gali Gali mein shore hai Snap deal chor hai ! BIG BOSS ka salu bhi sala chutia hai jo aise ghatiya website ki publicity karne mein laga hai. I ordered Philips sound bar, recieved it 5 days but it wasn't working, I raised a request for replacement, received replacement in 7 days but again it was not working. I thought I am doing some mis-connection of wires so I called Philips customer care to send someone for installation. Philips representative confirmed that this is not a brand new piece but a repaired one, "OK Checked" seal on the screws was broken, box was opened earlier also, the way it was packed again indicated that it was repaired somewhere outside Philiops facility. When I called snap deal asking for refund, they stopped responding my requested. Mere 6000/- ruppees chud gaye but still I would say saste mein choot gaye, Thank god I did not order some very expensive item.

I have ordered a sandwich maker on 8th Oct 2014 bearing order ID: 3075454260, after placing the order it showed the expected delivery date as 15th Oct 2014 and after 15th Oct 2014 it started showing 21st Oct 2014. Now when I check the track my shipment status it is showing as "207 - Misrouted due to Shipper's fault"....what kind of service is this....a single address also it cannot be reached.   73. I ordered the printer online through snapdeal on 13th of oct and expected date of delivery was given 22nd oct. Today is 25th and there is a new delivery date mentioned as 28th oct. which means snapdeal is not only standing on their committed date but postponing by another 1 week ie 28th oct. This is ridiculous. This is my first experience from snapdeal and will be my last purchase from this shit company. Whenever i try to contact the customer care they easily put a autoreply stating high call volume and disconnect immediately, which means they know that customer will blast them. I strongly suggest not to purchase any product from this shit snapdeal and let the company go forward with the same support and loose customers massly and learn a big lesson.

  77. The worst services ever. Placed an order with advance amount. Customer care associates are least concerned about the resolution. They are just postmen. Sending your concerns to other persons. Will never buy from snap deal with advance payment.

  79. Snapdeal sucks big time. I agree its a cheater. It tells you it will deliver a product on a date and it keeps on postponing the same without any specific result. The fact is, snapdeal is incapable of delivering products to your place. Its supply chain is pathetic.

    I parshav desai have ordered an 1.5 ton AC on 12th of october 2014. Snapdeal has postponed delivery dates 3 times. And still the product hasnt been delivered. Today is 31st october and me and my family are burning because of the heat. And snapdeal is making it worse. I will never order again on snapdeal. It SUCKS big time.

  80. Snapdeal is so pathetic that its customer care number doesnot even answer. I waited for 20 freaking minutes twice and they dont pick up the phone. Why the hell do they keep such a service then?

    Snapdeal is a loser. Flipkart and Amazon are a lot better.
